There is so much going on at this year's Wag & Bone Show you will find it hard to know where to start! On this page is a guide to what will be happening in all of the rings on the big day. You can get all the information you will need to plan you day on this page.
The show will include nine rings or entertainment centres in which you will discover all manner of things doggy. Every area of the canine world is covered and you are bound to come away with an even better understanding of man’s best friend.

Main Ring
This is a wonderful mixture of displays and demonstrations plus some exciting finals from other rings around the show. Demonstrations include heelwork to music,
rescue dog agility and the famous 'Southern Goldies' Golden Retriever display team. As well as all this you can look forward to some great finals including the Top Dog finals and the hugely entertaining Flyball Finals. Phew!

Dog Train and Behave Week Finals
The week leading up to The Wag & Bone Show 2008 (26th July - 2nd August) is Dog Train and Behave week, supported by the Company of Animals. The Wag & Bone Show are proud to be hosting the finals of this exciting week.

Gundog and Search & Rescue Dogs Demonstrations Ring
There is plenty to learn and be amazed at here. Berkshire Search and Rescue Dogs(right), a local charity who assist Thames Valley Police in searching for lost or missing vulnerable people, will be showing you some of their amazing skills, and Howard Kirby, of Mullenscote Dog Training Centre, will be doing a display incorporating various training methods for both puppies and fully grown dogs.
Care & Advice Centre
This area of the show focuses on Rescue Dogs, there will be Question and Answer sessions with some experts in the field, where you can find out what it takes to be a Rescue Dog owner. There’s the Rescue Wall, full of wonderful stories from owners of Rescue Dogs and there is an A-Z of Rescue Dogs for you to look at if you are interested in becoming an owner.

Kennel Club Ring
Come take part in Scruffts, the nation’s favourite crossbreed competition, providing great fun for owners and dogs of all shapes and sizes! There is also the chance to meet the Kennel Club team and find out more about activities and events for all dogs. The Kennel Club ring is also host to plenty of interesting displays including Training with Mary Ray and a Gundog Display.

There is something for everyone in this busy ring. From training demonstrations, agility for dogs and humans, canine games and races and safety displays, there is plenty to learn.
You and your dog can even have a go at some of the wonderful activities on offer here too!

Have-a-go Agility Ring
As the name suggests, this ring is for anyone to have a go! Find out if you are the next big thing to hit the agility world, or take a look at the breed-specific agility. This gives breeds not normally associated with agility the chance to shine over the jumps and through the tunnels! Breeds confirmed so far are as follows:

Bernese Mountain Dogs
Greyhounds
3-legged dogs
Irish Terriers
Staffordshire Terriers

Trick, Treat and Teach me Ring
THE place for training tips! Plenty of different training methods will be explored and you are bound to find the right one for you and your canine friend.
Either teach your old dog new tricks or enroll in Gwen Bailey's Puppy School. Gwen and her team will be doing trick workshops during the day – with prizes for the best tricks learnt. (Click here for Gwen Bailey Timetable)

Tellington Touch Ring
Come and learn more about the TTouch and book a mini session with one of the UK's top TTouch Practitioners, Sarah Fisher (below), Tina Constance or Marie Miller. 
10.00 am to 12.00pm mini sessions for members of the public and their dogs for a donation to the charities. We will be working with dogs both inside and outside the ring so members of the public can come along and watch.
12.00pm - demonstration with Sarah Fisher and Marie Miller
12.45 - 4.00 - mini sessions for members of the public and their dogs with our qualified Practitioners.
Top Dog
The final list of categories has now been confirmed! For canine practical jokers why not enter 'most lovable rogue', or if your dog has eyes that make you turn to putty, try your luck at 'melting expression'.
With so many classes to choose from there is sure to be a class for your dog.
Just click on the Competitions page to find out more, and to book please click on the 'Buy your Tickets' box on your left. It costs just £2 a class to enter and everyone wins a prize, why not have a go?
Winalot Games Zone
There is so much activity going on in the Games Zone that it is difficult to know where to start. Your dog can enter any or all of them – they are £1 a go – and with excellent prizes throughout the competitions, it’s well worth giving it a try.
See some of the great games to choose from below:
The Scurry Run – A course featuring small jumps
Temptation Alley – call your dog back to you and try to persuade him to avoid the tempting treats and toys along the way
Doggie Dash – Your dog must dash down the 50m track in as quick a time as possible
Close to the Mark – send your dog away and ask them to sit or lie as close to the flag as possible – the next contestant must try to get closer.
